This has to be the fastest and easiest cookies I have ever baked. Just 4 ingredients, Nutella, flour, eggs and baking powder. No need for butter, there is Palm oil and Hazelnuts in Nutella. These cookies have a tender, melting texture, but slightly crisp when you bite into it. They will soften and get more chewy over time
For this recipe I recommend Nutella Hazelnut Chocolate spread. If you can’t find it in store, you can order Nutella on Amazon
Nutella is a Nut Nougat Cream from the Italian manufacturer Ferrero. It consists mainly of sugar, palm oil, roasted hazelnuts, milk powder, cocoa, soy lecithin and vanilla. Nutella is available in most countries in Europe, the USA, Canada, Mexico, China, Japan, the Philippines, Turkey, Australia, South Africa and some countries in South America and Africa, among others. Nutella has been around in Germany since 1965.
Lidl and Aldi carry Nut Nougat cream in their brands and they are sometimes cheaper.
