
Fish and Chips was my favorite cuisine visiting London several years. It will be on my menu this evening and I will make my Air Fryer chips. It’s a bit of work, but for my next meal I won’t mind.

Russet Potatoes contain less moisture than other types of potatoes and are starchy. They’re also rich in fiber and antioxidants
Olive Oil. Olive oil helps the chips become crispy and keeps them from burning. You need very little for this recipe.
Salt and Pepper. Because potato chips aren’t complete without it, plus it gives it a special kick.
Air fryers are great for making crispy chips, much easier and healthier than a deep fryer.
Toss your Chips in Seasoning and Spices:
Spicy: 1 teaspoon chili powder, 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper and 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
Ranch seasoning: Add 1 1/2 tsp of ranch seasoning blend to the potatoes. For a stronger flavor sprinkle on top of your cooked potato chips right after they come out of the oven or air fryer.
Sour Cream and Onion: 1 tablespoon buttermilk powder, 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder, and 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
Barbecue: 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp brown sugar, 1/4 tsp onion powder, 1/4 tsp smoked paprika, 1/8 tsp chili powder and 1/8 tsp garlic powder.
Fish and Chips

Turn Cod fillets in flour and cornstarch mixed with dark beer and sparkling water. Let sit in refrigerator for 30 min. Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Air Fryer Potato Chips
Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 tsp sea salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Seasoning of your choice (see summary)
Russet potatoes are recommended. Bake in oven (convection) or Air Fryer.

Instructions
- Wash and peel the potato and cut it into wafer-thin slices, preferably with a slicer.
- Rinse potato slices until water becomes clear, then dry with paper towel.
- Spray slices with olive oil and add the seasoning of your choice (see other seasonings in summary).
- Grease a baking pan with olive oil, or use parchment paper.
- Place potato slices in baking basket or pan, if necessary, arrange potato slices even.
- Bake in air fryer 375 F for about 20 min.
- If necessary, brush with the oil again in between.
- Remove when golden brown.
