Topfenknödel, a sweet Austrian dish

A typical Austrian or Bavarian dish I ate in Mittenwald, South Bavaria. These are called “Topfenknödel”. Topfen means Quark, and can be substituted with Greek Yoghurt or Ricotta cheese.
